These terms explain how you can use hushhealth.ca and what happens when you buy from us.

This website, hushhealth.ca, is operated by Hush Health Canada Ltd. (“HUSSSH Canada”, “we”, “us”). Our mailing address is PO Box 22013, Barrie, ON L3N 0Z5, and you can reach us at info@hushhealth.ca.

HUSSSH® is a registered trademark of Hush Health Ltd. and is used in Canada under licence [confirm].

Using this site

These terms apply to everyone who visits hushhealth.ca or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they’re posted on this page. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.

Products and information

HUSSSH products are cosmetics. Information on this site, including our Journal articles, is for general information only and isn’t medical advice. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about any health concern.

Customer results shown on this site are real, and they vary from person to person. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and packaging can differ slightly from what you see on screen.

We work to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. If we find an error, we’ll correct it as soon as we can.

Prices, taxes and offers

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax (GST, HST or PST) and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

The 3-month supply discount applies automatically when you buy three bottles of the same product in one order. Offers can’t be combined unless we say so [confirm], and we may change or end an offer at any time. Changes don’t affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, we’ll email you a confirmation. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there’s an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a copy of your order details by email, including what you bought, the total price and these terms.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Canada [confirm: all provinces and territories]. Orders are packed by our fulfillment partner and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days [confirm]. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the estimated date, email us at info@hushhealth.ca and we’ll look into it.

If we can’t deliver your order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Returns, refunds and damaged orders

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind, so please read the product information before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, is wrong or doesn’t arrive, email info@hushhealth.ca within 14 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date, if it didn’t arrive). Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or give you a refund. You don’t need to send anything back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within [10] business days of approval [confirm].

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, graphics and other content on this site belong to Hush Health Canada Ltd. or the companies we license them from, including Hush Health Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change, publish or sell our content without our written permission.

HUSSSH® and our logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission. Other trademarks shown on this site belong to their owners.

Reviews, photos and messages you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, comments or ideas, you confirm that they’re your own and that they’re accurate. You allow us to use, edit for length and share them in connection with HUSSSH, without payment.

We’ll only publish before and after photos of you, or your name with a story, after you’ve given us your permission for that use.

Don’t send or post anything that’s unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, such as Amazon.ca or published research. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep this site available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The site is provided as is.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of this site. If we’re responsible for a loss related to an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the consumer protection laws of your province.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information in line with Canadian privacy law. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us about it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn’t take away any right you have to bring a claim in your own province under its consumer protection laws.
