Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when you can return a product and how refunds work for orders placed on hushhealth.ca.

Returning unopened products

You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you in full within 14 days.

What we can’t take back

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged, faulty or wrong (see below).

We also can’t accept returns of sale items, gift cards, free samples, or products bought in a promotion such as buy one, get one free. [Confirm: whether the 3-month supply and the Duo count as promotions.]

Every return needs proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

How to return a product

Email info@hushhealth.ca before you send anything back. Tell us your order number and which products you’d like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

We can’t accept or refund products sent back without a return request.

You pay for return shipping unless the return is because of our mistake. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund a return that doesn’t reach us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong product, email info@hushhealth.ca within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll send you a replacement or a refund. If we need the product back, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

If your order hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll look into it.

Refunds

We’ll email you once your refund is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days, and include the sales tax you paid on the refunded products. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the refund.

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

If you have a reaction

If you have an unexpected reaction to a product, stop using it and talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Please let us know at info@hushhealth.ca too.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province. Our Terms and conditions also apply to every order.
